• Throwers - Coach Nye will be in contact with returning throwers during the first week of December.  
• Sprinters / Hurdlers - Coach Scoles will begin meeting with you December 5th
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday  2:45 - 5:00
• Distance & MD - Coach Scoles will begin meeting with you December 12th.  
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday  2:45 - 5:00
